Hello folks, the name is Nin. I'm bringing you here a character from the Metal Gear series, though not the standard series people are familiar with--- William Flemming here comes from the hand-held spin offs where everything is done with cards. Kind of like Chain of Memories except you need cards to move and it's turn based. He's a pretty big jerk and was responsible for making a giant robot of death only unlike Otacon in the standard series he thinks it's really cool to kill people!

He also thought it would be cool to do weird experiments on children and bring his own daughter with him on these evil pursuits. It did not end well for his daughter. He's also coming after his death so he'll be angry and panicky.

He'll be rooming in F3 007 and his partner is Kokuwamon.
