As cliche as this sounds, it’s with heavy hand and a heavy heart that I write this. I, as well as the others, came into the head-mod position under rather unfortunate circumstances, and we have done our best to make this game as enjoyable as possible. We worked hard with what we had been left to us. However, not everything goes as planned. I have been personally attacked without provocation, and after all the attacks on the game itself, I find myself in a near constant state of heavy stress. This is not good for me, and not fair to the game, and as such, I have decided to resign my position as head-mod of Terminal Tokyo. There really is only so much a person can handle, and with things outside of the game giving me a REAL reason to feel as stressed as I am, I think it’s best for me to pass on my position to someone more capable than I. As well, I will not be taking on any mod related duties, even to work on lists or as an NPC. I feel that it’s for the best for me to step back entirely so that I can focus on my own health as well as things outside of the game that require my attention.

I have yet to decide if I will be removing myself from the game entirely. I absolutely love the CR I have gathered here, and all the friends I have made since I joined last April, but I do not know if staying is what’s best for me. I will be extending my hiatus from one week to two, and during that time I will decide what I will do. I won’t be touching my tags during this time, so if you’d like to discuss any handwaving, I’m more than open to it. Feel free to contact me at any time, and I will do my best to get back to you.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us and who continue to support the game. Keep in mind that Terminal Tokyo is just that: a game. There are people from all walks of life behind the characters you interact with. Please continue to treat everyone as welcoming and as kind as you have been. That’s really all anyone could ever ask for.
