theserver | Mod Applications!

With Ashley and Jade stepping down from the head mod position among the others have have recently or in the past, I have come to the conclusion that we need a bigger team. As you have notice there has been a declined in our activity as our team has shrunk. And with my increasingly odd work schecdule I will need help or things will crawl even more. At the moment it's just me and Reili doing everything.

Chi herself has stepped down from her NPC and Cresting duties, but is staying on the team to help provide art to the game.

So without further ado, here are the positions.

Head Mods
+Basically your duties are everything below and anything else that needs to be done for the game. It is hard work and requires a good team and some time management skills. The Helper and Head mods will be using the same app, but there will be a small interview on plurk/aim/here after it.
+Ideally I would like two more, but if not I can filter this down to Helpers.

Helper Mods
+List updating
+NPC modding
+Going over applications
+Giving out crests!
+Helping out with Activity Check
+Answering questions
+Helping with ideas (we may ask you for some or if there is anything you want to do. How much you know of the metaplot will be left up to you)
+Ideally we want one of these. But we may hire more.

App Mods
+You go over applications once a month. We're pretty thorough on how we do these so you'll be given an application and asked to give a verdict. If you pend you'll have to go into why.
+Ideally we want 3-4 more of these.

Crest Mods
+Giving out and making decision for crests!
+There is no real form, just reply here, pick a random character and explain what crest you think you would give them and why. (bonus points if you pick a digimon song for them)
+If possible I would like two people devoted to this, but we prefer having an odd number including the Helper and Head mods.

Application Mod:

Name: Contact: How often can you do this?: We're trying to keep the turn around rate decent. This means you'll be expected to do a few applications every 2-3 days. What canons do you know?: This won't give you a no if you don't know many, just give us an idea! Will you look up canons you don't know?: We're not asking you to marathon whole seasons or anything, but to look them up and watch/read a bit if necessary. This job requires giving honest criticism. Can you do this? As we try and make all pends as thorough and helpful as possible, this means that in discussion you will need to put everything you feel is wrong into it. You may be vetoed or agreed with, it all depends, but you'll need to be constructive. Do you have any experience?: Another one that won't disqualify you, but it's nice to know! Will you be willing to be given a test application?: This is NON-NEGOTIABLE. We will want to see how you judge applications!

Helper/Head Mod:

Name: Contact: Availability: You'll have to be on daily for this position, bi-daily can also be worked with. HTML Experience: What can you do? Modding Experience: This is not something required, but if you have any please detail it! Why do you think you'll be a good Helper Mod?: Generally, what are you going to bring to the table? How can you help? What makes you better than anyone else that may apply? What are your faults? Cover everything you think is necessary, but give us three or so paragraphs at least. This position will require dealing with players, are you up for this?: You will be expected to be polite to the players and open to any questions. You may get angry players coming to you and you still must deal with them as politely as possible. If you do not feel you can do this then that will make us decline you. Ideas?: The overall plot is fairly settled on-- but that doesn't mean anything! There's still plenty to work with. So here is the place to blow us away with the ideas you can bring to the table!
