I figured there was no way amusing would overtake serious, since if memory serves you guys have got the plot figured out already, so I answered 'amusing' because I don't think there's going to be any shortage of serious one way or another, I just don't want serious to get overwhelming to the point of no silly. It's still a Digimon game, I think it needs a pretty damn good amount of amusing silly stuff to still keep the feeling of Digimon- This is the series that was tossing in silly supermarket and forgetful grandmother gags in the plotline of a digimon just launched fucking nuclear missiles at our protagonists in the real world.
Basically, important things need to be serious! A balance is good! But too much serious in between important things, I think, ruins the feeling of Digimon.
